ESA... Hypothetically Speaking

Perhaps the best way to understand the basic concept behind Earthbound Spirit Attachment, is through a hypothetical example. For instance, consider a man who dies in an extreme state of alcoholism.

Because of his obsession with alcohol he chooses not move on to the next level of existence, but instead remains in an attempt to continue to pursue his passion… drinking.

Since disembodied spirits cannot drink, obtaining a body becomes a priority. Eventually, he finds and attaches to a susceptible living person or host. He then merges partially or fully with the spiritual makeup and the subconscious mind of the host.

Next he begins to exert varying degrees of control over the processes of thought, behavior, emotion, and even the physical body. The host then begins to experience the thoughts, cravings, drives, and emotions of the attached entity, believing that they are their own.
